Overview: These are the genuine factory SW20 3SGE (non-turbo) head gaskets. Available for selection is the December 1989 to October 1993 gasket which is a composite gasket, the November 1993 onward gasket which is also a composite head gasket or the BEAMS gasket which is a four layer metal head gasket.

Suitability: Available for selection are all three head gaskets to suit all three variations in the SW20 3sge engine.

Keep in mind the official start date of the BEAMS engine in the SW20 was December 1997 in Japan. There were still however non-BEAMS equipped SW20's after December 1997 in Japan.

There was never any Australian delivered SW20's which were fitted with BEAMS engines.

Regarding the December 1989 to October 1993 gasket this gasket will NOT fit JDM (Japanese domestic market) import vehicles they use a different head gasket not listed here and unfortunately now discontinued we are looking for a quality replacement source. The December 1989 to October 1993 gasket WILL however fit all other MR2 3sge variants i.e Australian delivered, European spec. etc. The November 1993 onward gasket WILL fit ALL MR2 3sge engines including the JDM variant.
