Overview: If you are planning to change your exhaust elbow (downpipe) or other turbo related maintenance it may be worthwhile fitting a new set of exhaust studs. Due to the high temperatures of the exhaust housing they are prone to rusting and deterioration.

Often MR2 owners have trouble with the nuts coming loose after maintenance on the downpipe/turbo due to damaged threads the original thread is partially prone to damage on removal of the old nuts as they are often seized.

Suitability: Available for selection is a pack of 6 x turbo exhaust housing to downpipe studs to suit the CT26 turbo (generally fitted to December 1989 to November 1993 SW20's) or a pack of  7 x turbo exhaust housing to downpipe studs to suit the CT20b turbo (generally fitted to December 1993 onward SW20's

As with all Toyota parts if you would like to maintain a 12 month warranty on the parts Toyota require genuine parts to be fitted by an Authorised Toyota technician.
