Overview: Genuine Toyota fuel filler cap, this part of the vehicle is often overlooked but majority of MR2's are still using the original fuel caps which are nearly always worn with seals that have gone hard etc.

One of the most common issues we see with older MR2's is fuel tank issues and moisture getting into the fuel tanks and causing corrosion and rust. It's worthwhile replacing the cap to keep the fuel system sealed from moisture etc. and a lot cheaper than dropping and replacing a fuel tank, pump etc.

Suitability: Will suit all year models of SW20 fitted with 3SGTE or 3SGE engines between the following dates: 12/1989 - 02/1998 if you have a 03-1998 + vehicle please contact us directly as you'll need a different cap.

As with all Toyota parts if you would like to maintain a 12 month warranty on the parts Toyota require genuine parts to be fitted by an Authorised Toyota technician.
