Overview: These are genuine SW20 valve cover gaskets which include both the inner and outer gaskets a common area the 3sge engine can leak oil is the valve cover; fitment of the gaskets is quite straight forward and worth doing if you suspect a leak.

Suitability: Gaskets are to suit non-turbo 3sge AUSTRALIAN DELIVERED (ADM) engines. Toyota does not list a specific change over month for 1993 & 1994 Australian delivered SW20 valve cover outer gaskets although the inner gasket remains the same from the 12/1989 up until the end of 1994 meaning if you have a 1993 or 1994 vehicle it is possible your engine was fitted with a type B outer gasket.

To ensure correct fitment we have enabled a type C option which includes a type A inner gasket and a type B outer gasket. If you own a 1993 or 1994 vehicle you will need to visually inspect your current gasket/head to determine which gaskets you require and compare them to the product images listed which are correct and of the exact versions.

For SW20 owners who own a 1990, 1991 or 1992 vehicle you can safely purchase a complete Type A gasket set as this is the only set listed for these years likewise 1995 and onward SW20 owners can safely purchase  a complete Type B gasket set as this is the only set listed for these years.

As with all Toyota parts if you would like to maintain a 12 month warranty on the parts Toyota require genuine parts to be fitted by an Authorised Toyota technician.
