Overview: This is a aftermarket front bumper lip for the Toyota SW20. This is a replacement to the original front bumper lip.

If you are familiar with the SW20 body styling the early model SW20's were fitted with a two piece front bumper spoiler/lip from the factory after which they were fitted with a larger one piece front lip.

This aftermarket front spoiler is the largest one we stock with a increase in the amount of length, angle and extension compared to the stock front lip should push more high pressure air upwards and help with front end down force.

Colour: Black polyurethane, for those of you who aren't familiar with polyurethane it's basically the same material the factory front bumper is made out of and unlike fiberglass is very flexible and forgiving on speed humps etc.

Although unpainted the finish quality is high and quite shiny it can be left unpainted or the lip can be painted to match the vehicle.

Fitment: This front lip is designed to fit the factory front bumper.  We have yet to test this out personally but looking at the lip if you have a two piece style lip already fitted you can reuse your original mounting hardware and brackets and simply replace the lip with this one.

This unit already has the factory holes drilled which we have cross referenced with the original ones and they are pretty accurate. (You can alternatively use the mounting hardware provided)

Due to the nature of polyurethane your original front bumper may have changed shape slightly over time/ the lip may not be perfect so the manufacturer recommends leaving the front lip in the sun for 1 hour to heat the polyurethane before fitment to ensure it conforms to the correct shape.

We recommend temporarily affixing the lip to the bumper with g-clamps etc. and then finalise drilling against the holes in your bumper.

We have now had a number of customers fit these front lips and have had good reports however a few customers have needed to re-position some holes in the lip to fit to their front bumper 100%,

Keep in mind (from what we can tell) if you have the later one piece style front lip currently fitted you may reuse the side mount brackets but probably not the front one unless you re-drill new holes, you may use the included mounting hardware along the front and the original mount brackets along the side.

Although a little bit of care needs to be taken during installation we have found these to be the best quality aftermarket polyurethane front lips currently available, we carry two other styles please see our other listings below.
