Overview: This is the retaining clip for the engine prop, located on the engine lid just below the latch, this clip is common to find broken or worn, it's handy to have a spare one on hand.

Suitability: This engine prop rod retaining clip will suit all year model and variants of SW20.

Fitment: The clip simply pushes into the cut out in the engine lid cover, the old clip can be removed by levering and pushing in the retaining tabs one side at a time with a flat head screwdriver with the engine lid shroud still in place or can be removed by simply pushing in the retaining tabs simultaneously from the rear with the engine lid shroud removed.

As with all Toyota parts if you would like to maintain a 12 month warranty on the parts Toyota require genuine parts to be fitted by an Authorised Toyota technician.
